Blogger and businessman Nikita Efremov was detained at Sheremetyevo

The Ostankinsky District Court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions for 25-year-old blogger Nikita Efremov. This was reported on August 19 by the press service of Moscow's courts of general jurisdiction.

It is specified that the influencer is accused of a criminal offense - "Financing extremist activities" (part 1 of article 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). RBC, citing sources close to Efremov, writes that this allegedly concerns donations to the banned FBK*.

Nikita Efremov was born on December 12, 1999, in Moscow. He studied in Great Britain, graduated from school in Russia's capital through external studies, and is a graduate of MGIMO with a specialization in "international law".

He took his first steps in business at the age of 15, when together with Dmitry Shapa, he bought a pair of sneakers from Kanye West's limited collection for Adidas for 30 thousand rubles, after standing in line for four days, and resold them for three times the price. Later, the small startup became a full-fledged business. Under the NIKITA EFREMOV brand, they continued selling sneakers from Kanye West and Michael Jordan. "Fontanka" wrote that half of the company LLC "A RARE CASE" belongs to popular blogger Mikhail Litvin. As of 2023, "A RARE CASE" was unprofitable.
