In the Sungurlu district of Turkey's Çorum province, 77 residents of a female student dormitory have been hospitalized with suspected food poisoning.

As reported by BAKU.WS citing Haber Global, after examination, 35 students received first aid and were discharged home. The treatment of the remaining students is ongoing.

A criminal case has been opened in connection with the incident, and an investigation is underway.
