A wealthy woman took a job as a housemaid to try ordinary life

A wealthy woman got a job as a housekeeper to "try ordinary life," reports Mothership.
According to the media, she worked for several years in a family in Hong Kong, showing diligence and responsibility. However, she unexpectedly announced her desire to quit, which surprised and alarmed her employers. The family she served even suspected that the woman might have been deceived by internet scammers.
Later it was revealed that the housekeeper decided to return to her homeland to marry a man she met several years ago. Another detail was also revealed - she actually didn't need the money at all. The woman owns a farm, as well as coffee and cocoa plantations in her hometown in Indonesia.
When asked why she needed a job as a maid, she explained that she wanted to experience what it's like to earn her own living, live in another country, and be "on equal terms" with those around her.
On social media, users' opinions were divided: some admired her desire for independence and life experience, while others thought she might have been guided by romantic illusions.
