A businessman died of a heart attack on a Kamchatka volcano

59-year-old Kamchatka entrepreneur Igor Kan has died. He became ill during the landing of his helicopter near the Krasheninnikov volcano.
The deceased pilot and owner of the helicopter that landed in Kamchatka turned out to be local entrepreneur Igor Kan. This was reported by RBC citing a source in law enforcement agencies, as well as the Telegram channel 112.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Igor Kan was known as a fishery entrepreneur. He had been involved in coastal marine fishing business for a long time and was also the head of "Service Hotel and SPA" LLC with a charter capital of more than 40 million rubles.
According to preliminary data, Kan went on a flight with acquaintances to show them the view of the Kronotsky Reserve.
It is claimed that the helicopter passengers were not injured. Three tourists were delivered to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The Transport Prosecutor's Office and the Investigative Committee are conducting an investigation of the incident.
