The Most Dangerous Parts of Chicken for Consumption Have Been Identified

Parasites that are resistant to high temperatures can live in chicken lungs. The chicken head can be equally dangerous for consumption, as harmful substances accumulate in it, Alexander Umnov, a lecturer at the Department of Fundamental Medical Disciplines of the Medical Faculty of the State University of Education, told NEWS.ru.
"Chicken lungs contain a large number of parasites and harmful bacteria that will not be destroyed during cooking. Don't eat the pope's nose (tail) for the same reason, no matter how much you want to," he noted.
The doctor emphasized that fresh chicken liver is beneficial when consumed in moderation, as it is rich in copper, vitamin B12, and iron.
