The amount of shashlik that can be eaten per day has been named

For the average adult, the recommended portion of fried meat is about 200-250 grams. This will help avoid overeating and reduce the load on the digestive system, Russian gastroenterologist Vladimir Neronov told "Gazeta.Ru".
"It's best to use moderately fatty cuts of meat, such as veal, lean lamb, and turkey. They contain necessary amino acids and are a good source of protein. Try to fry meat on hot coals rather than over an open flame. This minimizes the risk of carcinogens that form when fat burns," the doctor noted.
The doctor also advises avoiding beer and carbonated drinks, as they can cause discomfort in the stomach. Red wine, cognac, or mineral water are the best choices.
"If you have digestive system diseases, it's better to avoid fried meat in large quantities. For people with gastrointestinal tract diseases, pregnant women, and people with dental problems (incomplete dentition), the ideal portion is no more than 100 grams. If you find yourself on the verge of overeating, it's useful to have enzymes on hand (such as pancreatin or mezim) that will help ease digestion. It's worth remembering that healthy food is a balanced ratio of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, and moderation in everything is important," the doctor concluded.
