FC Sabah will create a new program worth 10 million manats to ensure the sustainable development of children's football.

The club stated: in connection with the Masazir-based team's advancement to the league stage of the UEFA Champions League, in accordance with the decree of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated August 27, 2026, the team was allocated financial support in the amount of 5 million manats.

In addition to these funds, FC Sabah decided to allocate another 5 million manats from its own resources. Thus, the initial capital of the new Sabah Football Academy Future Talents program will amount to 10 million manats.

According to the club's statement, the main goal is not to spend these funds, but to preserve and increase them. It is planned that the funds will be professionally managed and generate income, and the profits earned will be directed toward the development of young football players in the long term.

Furthermore, it is envisaged that a certain portion of the revenue generated from ticket sales for the UEFA Champions League matches to be held this year will be channeled into the program.

Within the framework of the program, it is planned to develop football infrastructure, identify and professionally train talented children, introduce modern training methods, and strengthen the areas of sports science, medical support, performance analytics, education, and individual development programs.
