MIDA has started the sale of subsidized apartments

Another round of apartment sales has been launched by the State Housing Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MİDA).

The apartment sales are being carried out today, September 4, starting from 11:00.

The sale announcement includes apartments in residential complexes located in the cities of Lankaran and Shirvan.

Specifically, one apartment has been put up for sale in the "Lankaran" residential complex, located at 303 Academician Zarifa Aliyeva Street, Lankaran city.

In addition, the sale also covers apartments in the residential complex located on Nakhchivan Street in the city of Shirvan.

The selection and purchase of apartments is carried out through MİDA's electronic system. Individuals eligible to participate in the process can view the apartments put up for sale and make their selection in the established manner through their personal electronic accounts.

The apartments provided by MİDA are offered to citizens under the subsidized housing mechanism.

When selecting an apartment, the conditions specified in the sale announcement, the residential complex in which the apartment is located, the number of rooms, and other characteristics are taken into account.

It should be noted that detailed information, including the list of apartments put up for sale and their characteristics, is posted in the official electronic services section of MİDA.
