Liverpool will pay Diogo Jota's family the entire remaining amount on his contract

English football club "Liverpool" will pay the family of the deceased striker Diogo Jota the entire remaining amount that the Portuguese was supposed to receive under a two-year contract with the club.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this is according to Sportbox.ru publication.
On July 3, Jota and his brother Andre Silva died in a car accident in northwestern Spain.
Earlier, the English club permanently retired the number 20, under which the footballer played.
Jota was 28 years old. He was a two-time winner of the Nations League with the Portugal national team, English champion and FA Cup winner with "Liverpool". The footballer will be buried today, July 5, near Porto.
