Granddaughter of President Ilham Aliyev advanced to the world championship final

The World Kung Fu Championship has started in the Italian city of Perugia.

As reported to BAKU.WS by the Azerbaijan Kung Fu Federation, on the first day of the world championship, national team member Amina Aliyeva was remembered for her bright performance. The athlete, who is the granddaughter of President Ilham Aliyev, advanced to the finals in the light sanda tournament.

At the opening ceremony of the competition, the president of the National Kung Fu Federation, Nurlan Aslanov, spoke about the successes of Azerbaijani sports and emphasized the special attention and support given to sports by President Ilham Aliyev.
