Was a man dressed in women's clothing kidnapping children in Ganja?

In Ganja, citizens detained a man who, according to claims, dressed in women's clothing and kidnapped children from schools and parks.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to milli.az, this incident caused serious concern among the city residents.
According to the citizens, the unknown person deliberately wore women's clothing to distract the attention of those around and chose his victims among children.
As stated by the senior inspector of the Ganja regional group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs press service Eshgin Gasymov, the detained man has psychological problems and is currently in a mental health center.
E.Gasymov also noted that the corresponding statements do not correspond to reality.
