The verdict has been read to the former head of the Shusha Department of the State Mobilization Service

The final trial in the criminal case of the former head of the Shusha city department of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, Colonel Seymur Gurbanov, has been held.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to APA, today in the Baku Military Court, presided over by Judge Zaur Hajiyev, the verdict was read out, according to which S. Gurbanov was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment.
Note that in the criminal case investigated by the Investigation Department of the Military Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan, the former head of the Shusha city department of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, Colonel Seymur Gurbanov, was charged under Articles 178.2.2 (repeated fraud), 178.2.3 (fraud committed by a person using their official position), 178.2.4 (fraud causing significant damage) and 311.3.2 (repeated bribery) and other articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By decision of the Baku Military Court, a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen against him.
