The First Congress of Oncologists of the Union of Turkic-Speaking States is being held in Baku

The First Congress of Oncologists of the Union of Turkic-Speaking States is being held in Baku.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, the event is organized by the National Oncology Center of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan and aims to strengthen scientific cooperation between oncologists of Turkic-speaking states.
The event is attended by scientists, specialists and officials representing ten countries of the world (Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, USA, Germany, Tajikistan and Georgia), as well as local and international organizations.
As part of the congress, which is being held in Azerbaijan for the first time in history in such a format, it is also planned to sign a Memorandum on scientific cooperation in the field of oncology between Turkic-speaking countries.
The event will discuss topics related to clinical oncology, diagnosis and treatment of oncological diseases.
The congress will conclude on June 14.
