The deplorable condition of the underground passage in a Baku park

The pedestrian underpass in the first part of the Central Park of the Yasamal district of Baku is in a deplorable condition. Daily, visitors face destroyed infrastructure: walls and ceiling of the once usable underpass are covered with cracks and peeling coating. Particularly concerning are areas where ceramic tiles have completely disappeared.

Some sections were attempted to be patched with improvised materials - paper and tape, which can hardly be considered even a temporary solution. This condition not only spoils the appearance of a popular recreation area but also poses a threat to pedestrian safety. Intervention from the relevant authorities has already become a matter of urgent necessity.
