Strong wind expected in the next three days - WARNING

Strong winds are expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in some regions from May 2 to 4.

BAKU.WS reports that the National Hydrometeorological Service has issued a "yellow" warning regarding the expected windy weather conditions.

According to the information, in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Dashkesan, Gedabek, Goygol, Shamkir, Ganja, Naftalan, Goranboy, Mingachevir, Kalbajar, Lachin, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, Hajigabul, Neftchala, Salyan and Khizi, a south-western wind will blow.

Additionally, south-western winds are expected in Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan, Guba, Gusar, Gobustan, Shirvan, Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Bilasuvar, Beylagan, Lankaran, Lerik, Yardimli, Jalilabad, Masalli, Astara, Saatly, Sabirabad, Imishli, Barda, Tartar and Agdam, with wind speeds of 13.9-20.7 m/s.
