Shocking price increase: rental of country houses has reached 10,000 manats

In coastal areas, there is a sharp increase in rental prices for summer houses compared to previous years.

As reported by BAKU.WS, compared to 2023 and 2024, prices for summer houses have increased almost twofold.

The Chairman of the Azerbaijan Appraisers Society, Vugar Orujov, in an interview with "Khazar Kheber" noted that one of the main reasons for this is the annually growing demand.

The most expensive houses are located in Bilgah, Buzovna, Shuvelan, Mardakan, and Novkhana. Summer houses in these areas can be equipped with swimming pools, cinemas, and even tennis courts. This directly affects the rental cost.

People who previously preferred to vacation abroad are now choosing to rest within the country.

The Chairman of the Society also added that the trend of price increases may continue in subsequent years.
