Serious accusation from Tahir Amiraslanov against Tourism Agency: 2.9 million manats written off

We were represented in the leadership of international organizations, but for three years the State Tourism Agency did everything possible to remove us from this leadership.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to lent.az, this was stated by the chairman of the Public Association "National Association of Azerbaijani Culinary Experts" Tahir Amiraslanov at public hearings on "The Role of NGOs in the Process of Return to Western Azerbaijan," organized by the Committee on Public Associations and Religious Organizations of Milli Mejlis.

"According to press information, along with the organization that was brought in to replace us, 2.9 million manats were written off. Allegedly, Azerbaijani cuisine was presented to the world. This money, these funds should be transferred to the Agency for State Support of Non-Governmental Organizations or to the Western Azerbaijan Community so that they can be used for their intended purpose," said Tahir Amiraslanov.
