"Sabunchinsky underpass" is flooded again

Weather conditions have changed dramatically in Azerbaijan over the past two days. Since tonight, intense rains have not stopped. As a result, several streets, avenues, and underpasses in Baku have been flooded.
One of the flooded areas was the tunnel (also called the "Sabunchi underpass" - ed.) in the Sabunchi district, where two people drowned under similar circumstances in October last year.
Currently, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are conducting operations in the area.
