Prices for apartments in 9 districts of Baku have been published

The public association "Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan" conducted a study of apartment prices in 9 out of 12 districts of Baku.

Thus, in the Nizami district, prices in new buildings range from 2,780 to 3,025 manats, in old buildings - from 2,533 to 2,610 manats. The average price in the district is 2,633 manats. The price difference between new buildings and old buildings is in the range of 9-15%.
In the Khatai district, prices in new buildings range from 2,020 to 3,408 manats, in old buildings - from 1,806 to 3,050 manats. The average price in the district is 2,467 manats. The price difference between new buildings and old buildings is in the range of 7-19%.
In the Yasamal district, prices in new buildings range from 2,205 to 3,985 manats, in old buildings - from 1,940 to 3,182 manats. The average price in the district is 2,822 manats. The price difference between new buildings and old buildings is in the range of 5-24%.
In the Narimanov district, prices in new buildings range from 2,517 to 3,980 manats, in old buildings - from 2,312 to 3,250 manats. The average price in the district is 3,006 manats. The price difference between new buildings and old buildings is in the range of 3.4-16.5%.
In the Nasimi district, prices in new buildings range from 2,375 to 4,115 manats, in old buildings - from 2,014 to 3,742 manats. The average price in the district is 3,126 manats. The price difference between new buildings and old buildings is in the range of 3-45%.
In the Binagadi district, prices in new buildings range from 2,583 to 2,941 manats, in old buildings - from 1,536 to 2,710 manats. The average price in the district is 2,563 manats. The price difference between new buildings and old buildings is in the range of 7-42%.
