Mohammed Shia al-Sudani congratulated Ilham Aliyev

The Prime Minister of Iraq, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by AZERTAG, the message states:

"Peace be upon you, the mercy of Allah and His blessings.

I am pleased, on behalf of the people of Iraq and on my own behalf, to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of the holy festival of Ramadan.

I wish you health and happiness from Almighty Allah, and further progress and prosperity to the people of Azerbaijan."
