Mass demolition of houses begins in Baku - ADDRESSES

Demolition work is underway in the former "Sovetskaya" district

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Xəzər TV, this concerns Nizami, Rza Guliyev, Nabat Ashurbekova, Chingiz Mustafayev and Mirzaaga Aliyev streets in the Yasamal district of Baku.

The process is being carried out under the supervision of the Executive Authority of Yasamal district, the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, as well as the State Property Service.

A new park is planned to be created on part of this territory, known for its numerous architectural buildings and cultural-historical monuments.

Demolition work has already begun in some houses whose owners have reached agreements and received compensation in accordance with the legislation.
