Maritime vessels in Azerbaijan received an important warning

The Vessel Traffic Control Center of the State Maritime and Port Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan has warned vessels about windy weather.
This was reported by Baku.ws with reference to information distributed by the agency.
The northwestern wind, observed in the Caspian Sea waters since February 7, will continue until the morning of February 9.
During these days, wind speeds are expected to increase to 18-23 m/s, occasionally reaching 25-28 m/s, and up to 30 m/s in the open sea.
Wave height, currently at 2-3 m, is forecasted to reach 4.5-6.5 m.
