Man detained for purchasing drugs from Iranian dealer via internet

A man who purchased drugs online from a foreign drug dealer has been detained.
As reported to BAKU.WS by the Shirvan regional group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs press service, as a result of operational measures conducted by employees of the Hajigabul district police department, previously convicted Rovshan Bagirov was detained, who had been purchasing various types of narcotic substances from an Iranian citizen whom he met through social networks.
It is reported that about 1 kilogram of marijuana and 350 grams of heroin were found and seized from the detainee.
A criminal case has been initiated in the investigative department of the Hajigabul District Police Department regarding this fact, and a preventive measure in the form of arrest has been chosen for the detainee.
