In Baku, operations at a drinking water production facility have been suspended

Employees of the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan conducted an inspection of the bottled water production facility LLC "Butasu A", located on G. Mirzayev Street in Baku. During the inspection, a number of serious violations were identified.

As reported to Baku.ws by the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan, the enterprise was operating without registration in the food safety system. Additionally, non-compliance with the principle of technological sequence was established, and the washing of packaging materials was carried out in an artisanal manner.

During the inspection, products without proper labeling were found: 150 containers of 19 liters, 105 units of packaged water of 19 liters, and 384 water bottles of 0.5 liters under the "Buta" trademark without production dates.

Due to the identified violations, the enterprise's operations have been suspended, and an administrative protocol has been drawn up against the management.
