In Baku, a student died from watermelon poisoning?

Information about the death of a native of Saatly district from "food poisoning" (watermelon), who was hospitalized in critical condition at the emergency and urgent medical care department of the Clinical Medical Center on M. Huseynov Street in Sabail district of Baku, was not confirmed.

This was reported by the press service of the Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan (FSAA) in response to a request from BAKU.WS .

It was noted that appropriate investigations were conducted on this matter.

"As a result of the investigations, the diagnosis of food poisoning was not confirmed. FSAA once again reports that in connection with poisoning cases, citizens and mass media should trust only official information confirmed by relevant state authorities," the information states.
