An auction of specially confiscated property will be held in Azerbaijan on February 12.

The State Property Service informed Baku.ws about this.

It is reported that apartments, non-residential premises, and land plots located in various districts will be put up for auction.

The auction will cover Baku city and several regions of the country. The property for sale and its starting prices are as follows:

In Baku city:

Nizami district: An apartment with an area of 154.9 sq.m, located on Alif Hajiyev street, is put up for auction with a starting price of 255,000 manats. This apartment is being put up for resale for the second time.

Yasamal district: An apartment with an area of 95.51 sq.m on H.Zardabi avenue is presented at auction for 171,000 manats. This property is being put up for re-auction for the third time with a 10% discount from the previous sale price.

Khatai district: 2 Samsung Galaxy A3 mobile phones will be put up for sale with a starting price of 120 manats each. These phones have a 50% discount as they have been put up for auction more than five times.

In regions:

Gedabek district: A non-residential premises with an area of 70 sq.m, located on S.Vurgun street in the "Old Bazaar" area, is put up for auction with a starting price of 10,000 manats. The property has a 50% discount.

Goranboy district: Land plots of various sizes in Ashagi Agjkand settlement are put up for sale. Prices range from 3,750 to 11,000 manats, with a 50% discount applied to all land plots.

Khizi district: A summer house with an area of 150 sq.m, located in Gizilgazma village, is put up for sale for 75,000 manats, and a private residential house with an area of 200 sq.m on M.Mushvig street - for 80,000 manats starting price. Both properties have a 50% discount.

Auction participation rules:

Individuals and legal entities wishing to participate in the auction must submit an application by contacting the Property Services Center.

Participants must:

Pay a deposit of 10% of the initial sale price of the property put up for sale;

Legal entities must provide a certified copy of founding documents;

Individuals must provide a copy of identification document;

A document confirming the deposit payment must be provided.

Applications are accepted no later than 3 banking days before the auction at the Property Services Center at: Baku city, Nizami district, Khalil Rza Uluturk street, 20.

Note that during the auction, participants can make offers with a minimum auction step of no less than 1% of the initial sale price. After accepting offers, the property will be sold to the person who offered the highest amount.
