How much will a winter vacation in Azerbaijan cost?

Heavy snowfall, especially in the mountainous regions of Azerbaijan, has brought joy to winter recreation enthusiasts. On weekends, local tourists actively visit ski resorts, preferring complexes with developed infrastructure.

According to tourism expert Rahman Guliyev, skiing and mountain tours are the most popular activities among vacationers.

"Ski and equipment rental starts from 30 manats. On weekdays, hotel accommodation prices are 20-30% lower compared to weekends," he noted.

The expert also emphasized that in the future, the construction of thermal and winter tourist complexes in the liberated territories will create more recreational opportunities. Besides local resorts, Azerbaijanis often travel to warm countries in winter, and also prefer vacationing in Turkey and Georgia.
