A decrease in housing prices in the near future is inevitable.
This was stated by real estate expert Elnur Farzaliyev during the Yeni bir səhər program on Baku TV.
According to him, in recent years, most of the apartments eligible for mortgages have been sold out. As a result of the increased demand for such properties, their prices have increased.
"However, in the near future, in my opinion, a price decrease will become inevitable. Since 2020, construction and restoration work has begun in the liberated territories, and former internally displaced persons are gradually returning to their homes. The apartments given to them in cities are now being put up for sale at minimum prices," the specialist noted.
