Free beaches with paid entry: what's happening in Novkhany and Buzovna?

At public beaches in the villages of Novkhany and Buzovna, where access should be free, visitors are being charged an entrance fee.
Citizens reported this to Baku TV.
Following complaints received on the hotline, the TV channel's film crew went to the specified beaches. As a result, it was discovered that access to these recreation areas is indeed being obstructed if visitors refuse to pay.
"This is the territory of my facility. If I want, I'll even put an umbrella in the sea and place a client there," stated one of the individuals who illegally seized a section of the coast.
When channel employees approached those demanding entrance fees with a camera, they tried to hide.
