Expert revealed the terrible truth about dairy products from the market

Dairy products such as milk, cottage cheese, cheese, and gatyk sold in markets without labeling can pose a serious health risk, despite the perception of their "naturalness".

This was stated by food safety expert Seymour Gafarov.

According to him, the lack of information about the manufacturer, production date, composition, and expiration date makes such products potentially dangerous, especially for children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems.

In addition, violation of storage and transportation conditions of such goods can lead to food poisoning and digestive problems. We remind you that dairy products require storage at temperatures from 0 to +5°C and for no more than 3-5 days.

The Food Safety Agency of Azerbaijan (FSAA) reported that it regularly monitors the quality of dairy products at all stages - from production to sale. If there are complaints with specific facts, unscheduled inspections and laboratory tests are conducted.
