Drunken conflict in Baku: illegal parking attendant arrested for 15 days

In Baku, a public order violator has been brought to administrative responsibility.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to "Qafqazinfo", the incident occurred in the Narimanov district, in front of the "Evrika" lyceum.
The conflict erupted between a man who was drinking tea near a kiosk on F. Musayev Street and F. Mamedov, born in 1994, who was illegally controlling parking. F. Mamedov, who was in a state of alcohol intoxication, attacked his opponent with a metal object and disturbed public order by creating a noisy scene.
Police officers who arrived at the scene detained the violator and took him to the 17th police station of the Narimanov District Police Department. In his testimony, he stated that he provoked the conflict because a certain Mail drove him away from the kiosk, which caused his irritation.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the "parking attendant," and the case was sent to the Narimanov District Court. By court decision, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
