Details of the murder of a wife by a mullah in Azerbaijan have been revealed
A murder occurred in the village of Khaspoladoba in Khachmaz district.
Thus, a 48-year-old local resident Asaf Mamedov, who is a mullah, strangled his 45-year-old wife Yagut Mamedova.
According to the villagers, A.Mamedov was jealous of his wife.
"He was an example for the village, teaching everyone what is permissible (halal) and what is not (haram). We are all shocked by his action," the citizens noted.
According to the data, after committing the crime, the man turned himself in at the district police department. The prosecutor's office of Khachmaz district is investigating the case.
