Bus service disrupted on more than 90 routes in Baku

Due to heavy rainfall in Baku, the movement of 92 bus routes has been disrupted - water has flooded six streets and a tunnel.
This was reported by the Land Transport Agency of Azerbaijan (AYNA).
Thus, the movement of route buses is difficult on the main part of Heydar Aliyev Avenue (tunnel), at the intersection of Muzaffar Narimanov Street with Heydar Aliyev Avenue (tunnel), Khalil Rza Uluturk Street (in the direction of "Ulduz" metro station), Sabunchi Ring Road (near Sabunchi market) and Asif Asadullayev Street (Sabunchi settlement, tunnel).
Traffic is also difficult in the direction from Bina, Gala, Mardakan, Shuvelan settlements to "Koroglu" metro station, on Zabrat Ring Road, Polad Hashimov Street, Ziya Bunyadov Avenue from the intersection with Ahmed Rajabli Street to "Chermet" bridge, Gara Garayev and Babek Avenues, Rustam Rustamov Street, Ganja Avenue (in both directions), on Binagadi and Baku-Sumgayit highways.
In a number of areas, the bus route scheme has been changed and organized along alternative routes. Due to the regulation of speed limits in accordance with existing conditions and restrictions, an increase in intervals between buses may be observed. Passengers are asked to be understanding of temporary difficulties and to follow safety rules.
