Alarming situation in Zagatala - Trees are dying en masse

A horrifying scene is observed in the village of Magov in the Zagatala district.

According to information received on the "hotline" of BAKU.WS, caterpillars of the Fall webworm (White American butterfly) have caused serious damage to trees belonging to village residents, as well as green plantations in forest areas.

According to the data, as a result of the rapid reproduction of these insects, the foliage of trees is completely destroyed. Such a situation has already been recorded not only in Magov but also in other villages of the district.

Local residents warn that if timely measures are not taken to combat the pests, enormous damage will be caused to agriculture and forest resources.
