Elkhan Garakhanoglu filed a lawsuit against Manset.az: the claim was dismissed
After the news portal Manset.az published information about a broadcast ban for certain performers, singer Elkhan Garakhanoglu filed a complaint with the Narimanov District Court regarding the website.
As reported by BAKU.WS, in his appeal he demanded the removal of the news from the website, its retraction, and an apology.
A hearing was held at the Narimanov District Court, presided over by Judge Shabnur Azizova. During the proceedings, a decision was made to return the statement and attached documents to the plaintiff Elkhan Shirinov in the case against Manset.az Media LLC.
Thus, the court did not grant the singer's lawsuit.
