Panorama by ELIE SAAB lays the foundation for a new chapter in the history of premium real estate in Azerbaijan

Sabah Investment Group, in partnership with Reportage Group and ELIE SAAB, held a ceremonial groundbreaking for the Panorama by ELIE SAAB project, officially marking the start of construction of Azerbaijan's first ELIE SAAB-branded residential complex.

The ceremony, held at Sea Breeze on the Caspian Sea coast, became a landmark event for Azerbaijan's luxury real estate market, bringing together international design craftsmanship, architectural innovation, and the unique philosophy of the ELIE SAAB luxury lifestyle.

The event gathered representatives of government bodies, the business community, investors, as well as executives from Sabah Investment Group, Reportage Group, and ELIE SAAB. Welcoming speeches were delivered by Chairman of Sabah Investment Group Orkhan Mustafayev, Sea Breeze founder Emin Agalarov, and CEO of ELIE SAAB Group Elie Saab Jr. The presence of Elie Saab Jr. in Baku underscored the strategic significance of the project and the partners' shared commitment to setting a new standard for premium residential real estate in Azerbaijan.

Developed by Sabah Investment Group in partnership with Reportage Group, Panorama by ELIE SAAB will be located on the first coastline of Sea Breeze on a plot of 23,531 sq. m with panoramic views of the Caspian Sea. The architectural concept of the project is inspired by the organic forms of the coastline and is harmoniously integrated into the surrounding landscape, reflecting the refined design signature of ELIE SAAB.

The complex will comprise 550 residences, including one- and two-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. The interiors, developed under the creative direction of ELIE SAAB, will feature natural marble, premium-quality materials, exclusive finishing solutions, and signature ELIE SAAB Maison elements manufactured in Italy. The project will also offer well-thought-out infrastructure, including a wellness center, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, private resident lounge areas, and professional property management services.
