The President of Uzbekistan will make a state visit to Azerbaijan

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, will make a state visit to our country from July 2 to 4, 2025.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to gazeta.uz, according to the visit program, the second meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council will be held in Baku on July 2-3, as well as negotiations and other high-level events.

During the meetings, it is planned to discuss further deepening of Uzbek-Azerbaijani relations of friendship, strategic partnership and alliance. Special attention will be paid to expanding practical cooperation and interaction in priority areas.

On July 4, the head of Uzbekistan will visit the city of Khankendi, where he will participate in the 17th summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), and will also hold a series of bilateral meetings with the leaders of the countries participating in the forum.
