The President approved amendments to legislation in connection with the law "On Financial Leasing"

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev approved the law on amendments to a number of legislative acts, adopted by the Milli Majlis on May 26.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, the amendments affect the Civil and Tax Codes, the Competition Code, as well as a number of laws regulating the activities of banks, non-bank credit organizations, insurance, licensing, entrepreneurship, agriculture, and other areas.

The amendments are aimed at bringing legislation into compliance with the law "On Financial Leasing."

The law "On Financial Leasing" will come into force in six months.
