The Ministry of National Defense of Turkey congratulated Azerbaijan on the Day of Restoration of Independence.

As BAKU.WS reports, this was stated in the department's publication on the social network X.

"Two souls in one body - Turkey-Azerbaijan! We sincerely congratulate the brotherly Azerbaijani people on the Day of Restoration of Independence," the publication notes.
