Summit in Tirana: Azerbaijan strengthens its position in dialogue with the EU

A new episode of the Global Panorama program aired on Baku TV, dedicated to the 6th Summit of the European Political Community held in Tirana, the capital of Albania.
The program noted that the summit, in which President Ilham Aliyev participated as an honorary guest, was marked by a number of both official and unofficial meetings. During these meetings, it was emphasized that Azerbaijan is a reliable partner of the European Union, plays a key role in energy security issues, and is important in the development of the Middle Corridor.
The episode also notes that Ursula von der Leyen congratulated the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia on completing work on the text of the peace agreement and expressed hope for its prompt signing.
Additionally, it was emphasized that the summit discussed steps for Ukraine's integration into the EU and possible changes in decision-making mechanisms within the union. It is noted that this is a critically important issue that will determine not only the future of Ukraine but also what the European Union will be like in the future.
