As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by Pakistan's Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif during his speech at the military parade dedicated to the fifth anniversary of Victory in the Patriotic War.

Such incredible pace of restoration of the pearl of Karabakh - the city of Shusha, as well as Khankendi, Fuzuli, Lachin and all other liberated territories, is absolutely phenomenal, added the Prime Minister.
