President of Azerbaijan: In the coming years, the Great Return will proceed at an even faster pace
96 thousand people live, work, and study in Karabakh and East Zangezur.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev, speaking at the VIII congress of the "Yeni Azerbaijan" party.
Noting that 28 billion manats have been spent on the development of these regions to date, the head of state said: "The overwhelming majority of these funds will be directed toward infrastructure projects. Most of these projects have been completed, and at the same time, former internally displaced persons have already been resettled in 48 settlements to date. In the coming years, the Great Return will proceed at an even higher pace."
