Pashinyan: I welcome the decision to hold the EPC summit in Azerbaijan in 2028

Armenia welcomes the European Political Community summit in Azerbaijan in 2028.

"I welcome the decision to hold the EPC summit in Azerbaijan in 2028. It is important to emphasize that Armenia and Azerbaijan mutually supported each other's candidacies for hosting the EPC," he noted.
Note that today the President of the European Council António Costa announced on his X social media page that in 2026 the EPC summit will be held in Armenia and Ireland, in 2027 - in Switzerland and Greece, and in 2028 - in Azerbaijan in the first half and in Latvia in the second half.
