Pashinyan condemned the burning of the Turkish flag by members of "Dashnaktsutyun"
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan condemned the burning of the Turkish flag by activists of the ARF "Dashnaktsutyun" movement during today's march in the center of Yerevan.
As reported by Armenian media, this was stated by the press secretary of the RA Prime Minister, Nazeli Baghdasaryan.
"Nikol Pashinyan considers the burning of the Turkish flag by participants of the march organized by the ARF 'Dashnaktsutyun' in Yerevan on April 23, on the eve of the anniversary of the so-called 'Armenian genocide,' to be clearly provocative and tension-inducing behavior," she noted.
According to her, Pashinyan condemns such an action, considering it irresponsible and unacceptable. "The burning of the flag of an internationally recognized state, especially a neighboring country, cannot receive any other assessment from the head of state," Baghdasaryan stated.
