Ministry of Economy and ASAN Xidmət granted new powers

President Ilham Aliyev made amendments to the decree of December 3, 2025, on the implementation of the law "On State Services" dated October 31, 2025, and the regulation of a number of issues arising from it.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the head of state signed a new decree in this regard.

According to the decree, the Ministry of Economy and the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President (ASAN Xidmət) have been granted new powers.

Now, if any administrative proceeding that leads to a single legal outcome for a public service user consists of several public services provided by different service providers, the coordination of these public services must be carried out by the Ministry of Economy, and in unified service centers - by ASAN Xidmət.

In addition, ASAN Xidmət has been granted powers related to the placement of data on individuals (engaged in entrepreneurial activities) and legal entities related to the provision of services.
