Moldova supports the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and condemns the attack by Iranian drones.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Oxu.Az, this was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova Mihai Popșoi at a joint press conference with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.

The minister spoke about the prospects of cooperation between the two countries.

"I believe that the visit will further deepen relations between the two countries. At the level of heads of state, there are high-level relations. We regularly hold diplomatic meetings. We agreed that political consultations between the two countries should be held on a permanent basis. Increasing natural gas purchases from Azerbaijan is a priority for us. Negotiations are underway with SOCAR regarding the supply of green energy. We also invite Azerbaijani businessmen to invest in Moldova. In addition, I invite you to visit Moldova," he said.
