Mehriban Aliyeva visited the "Altyn-Balalyk" health and rehabilitation center in the city of Cholpon-Ata

On July 31, First Lady of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva, together with First Lady of the Kyrgyz Republic Aigul Zhaparova and First Lady of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ziroatkhon Mirziyoyeva, visited the "Altyn-Balalyk" health and rehabilitation center in the city of Cholpon-Ata.

As reported by AZERTAG, the "Altyn-Balalyk" health and rehabilitation center has been operating since May 2022. The main goal of the facility is to provide high-quality medical and rehabilitation services to children and ensure their recreation.

The center has 136 rooms with 800 beds. Every year during summer holidays, 8,000 to 8,500 children from all regions of Kyrgyzstan and neighboring countries vacation at the summer camp operating here. And from September to June of the following year, the Center accepts children with disabilities for rehabilitation.
