International media widely cover Ilham Aliyev's interview with Al Arabiya TV channel

Statements of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in an interview with Saudi Arabia's "Al-Arabiya" TV channel were widely covered by authoritative media outlets of several countries.

As reported by AZERTAG, the published materials paid special attention to the opinions of our head of state on the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the historical and political significance of the meeting in Washington, Azerbaijani-Russian relations, and a number of current issues.

Leading Turkish media, including Anadolu Agency, Haber Türk, Haber Global, TRT Avaz, Hürriyet, Yeni Şafak, Yirmidördtv, Ahaber, Haber.tr, Haber7, Ekonomim, Yeni Akit and other publications in their materials focused on the statements of the President of Azerbaijan about the opening of the Zangezur Corridor, the settlement of tensions between Syria and Israel, as well as Ankara's position on the global arena.

In the materials, President Ilham Aliyev's position on the importance of the Zangezur Corridor for the entire region was brought to the attention of a multi-million audience. The words of our head of state that "the Zangezur Corridor will be not only an East-West transport corridor but also a North-South transport corridor" were especially noted. The material quotes the head of state: "Of course, entering the Middle East with our natural resources is a first experience for us." In particular, President Ilham Aliyev's words are cited that Azerbaijan can increase gas supplies to Syria, as well as supply gas to other countries through the Arabian gas pipeline or by other means.
