The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed the participants of the VIII Congress of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan.
As Report informs, the address of the head of state was read by the Assistant to the President - Head of the Department for Economic Affairs and Innovation Development Policy of the Presidential Administration Shahmar Movsumov.
