As Azertag reports, the congratulation states:
"Dear Mr. President,
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend to you and through you to all your people my most sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of independence of the Republic of Congo.
It is gratifying that relations between Azerbaijan and Congo are developing on an upward trajectory and are being filled with new content. Your two visits to our country last year gave a significant impetus to the expansion of cooperation.
The friendly relations that have currently formed between Azerbaijan and Congo have created favorable ground and opportunities for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in political, economic, humanitarian and other spheres.
I am confident that we will continue to make joint efforts to strengthen relations between Azerbaijan and Congo, to deepen our cooperation on a bilateral and multilateral basis.
On this festive day, I wish you good health, happiness, success in your endeavors, and constant well-being and prosperity to the people of Congo".
